As the dust settles on the past few months activities, I realize how very grateful I am for the part you played. I appreciate your professional help with the sale of our house- especially the sales price after all the negotiations.
I also want to thank you for your communication throughout this, long drawn-out process. Bob and I have had many dealings with brokers through the years, and as a result, pretty much can live without them. However, you have helped to restore our confidence in them, because you have listened to what we wanted; attempted to comply with our sometimes unusual requests; and always kept us informed of what was happening.
I do appreciate your extra efforts--- especially in light of the work you did AFTER the house was off the market! I look forward to completing this matter with you at closing in August-- at a time we were able to set because you made our desires clear to the other party.
